Sistema Web de seguimiento GPS / GPS Tracking System

Español: Necesito crear un sistema en línea que me permita crear usuarios, que el sistema tenga usuario y contraseña y que me permita asignarles a cada usuario algunos rastreadores gps. (Es una empresa de camiones) cada usuario debe poder ver sus camiones en un mapa para ver por donde van rastreando. Además tiene que haber un administrador general que pueda ver todos los camiones. Por favor deme un precio si se usan los gps actuales (varias marcas) o bien recomiendeme algun gps en especifico. Nota: La información se tiene que mostrar en tiempo real.

Características principales:

- Módulo de visualización en tiempo real por categoría o vehículo individual.

-Múdulo de re-play por categoria o vehiculo individual.

- Definir cercas o rutas permitidas

- Definir alarmas de velocidad

- Definir otras alarmas por zonas o alarmas generales

Inglés: I need create a system that allows me create many users, that users need to have password, when they enter to the website each user need to have assign GPS trackers and then can see only the gps that has assigned. (Is for a trucks company).. Each user need to see your trucks in a map in real time. And i need a administrator who can see all GPS of trucks. All in real time... Please give me a price if i use the actual gps of trucks or recommended me a especific model of gps. Please tell me the another costs that i have for operates the gps.
