Quick Urgent Magento Arabic Issue Fix

Urgently need experienced magento freelancer to help us fix disjointed and reversed arabic characters issue.
We have a magento CMS ecommerce based application and our developer have coded it in a way to send out invoice in PDF format in Arabic language. The problem is that the characters inside the PDF are disjointed and not connected together and they are displayed in a reversed order which can only be readable from left to right. Basically, they look messy and not readable. See screenshot of the arabic text [login to view URL]
Need someone to help us fix this ASAP (preferably in an hour) and should know to push code to AWS. If interested get back to us ONLY IF YOU CAN FIX IT WITHIN 1 HOUR AND BE ABLE TO PUSH TO AWS.
