Need to Customize Wordpress site on Wordpress.com..

Hello all,
I have purchased a premium subscription to [url removed, login to view] and need someone who can login to my online WP admin and basically customize a 6-7 page website. Please be informed that the site is hosted on [url removed, login to view] and its on the subscription based service of [url removed, login to view] - Following work will be required, graphics will be provided.
1. Customizing menus and sub-menus.
2. Creating 6-7 pages and inserting text/content (content will be provided)
3. Will need to setup a footer with active social media links
4. Will need to insert a form with 3-4 fields displayed on the right hand of every page, this form needs to email the data to my email.
5. Colors need to be set for background, for footer, header, navigation menu and the form.
6. for the form, you will need to design a form submit button.
7. Some additional minor work making the site look clean and professional. Things like getting rid of the "IN ARCHIVE" column on the right hand site, getting rid of the "Leave a Reply" box on bottom of every page. Etc.
You need to have a very good design sense and you also need to have very good attention to detail. Experience with the subscription based [url removed, login to view] is a must.
