Minor change to Magento extension

I have two jobs in one.
The first job:
I'm using two extensions in Magento.
1. Enable a products on a specific time.
2. An extension to make a daily deal.
In the Daily Deal you can schedule products. But only if they are enabled in the shop. If they are not, the extension disables the daily deal automatically.
We want to use new products in the daily deal that are enabled by extension 1. and one minute later comes online with extension 2.
In other words.
We want to use all products for daily deals. No matter what the status is.
The second job:
The daily deals have two prices. The default price and the deal price.
We also want to display the discount percentage. (calculate automatically)
