Magento website rounding up product prices

Hi we have a magento website version 1.9 that is rounding up the prices. if we want the price to be displayed as 9.99 it rounds it up to 10. This only happens with some products. Some stay as 9.99 and others as 10.
We need someone who can fix this via teamviewer only, you will be awarded once fixed. Only apply if you are confident you can fix it or have fixed a similar error previously.
