Joomla - Ecwid - Zapier - Salesforce integration

We already have a bug-free Joomla website for doctor registration so they can buy wholesale. Once a doctor is manually approved as a wholesale buyer, they are able to purchase off a wholesale Ecwid cart with a $200 minimum purchase. We then need to integrate [login to view URL] software via a Zapier plugin. [login to view URL]
I know how to create 'Zaps' but I will need help with more sophisticated functions that may need to be done manually each month. Zaps export sales onto Google spreadsheets but I doubt Zaps will do everything we need, so there is a chance for long-term work as this company is growing very quickly.
This company wants to hire sales reps and automate as much of the data as possible, such as commissions, what products are sold, etc.
This site does not have a large number of products (about 30) so we are open to migrating away from Joomla/Ecwid if you can recommend another shopping cart that can do everything with very little work. The cart needs to be 'in the cloud' as we do not want to pay programming costs to maintain a cart (that is why we use Ecwid which is working well).
Please indicate which Apps you have worked with before and your level of expertise with each. Zapier is the primary skill, with Salesforce integration next.
