Instagram API

I'm looking to have a really simple Instagram API built:
- A user can save a post for a product from a post in their feed or a business account page and some of the metadata is sent to my database.
There are 6 pieces of metadata I want to collect:
- the Instagram URL where the product is from
- the outgoing URL (every product in every Instagram business account page has an outgoing link to a website or Facebook store catalogue)
- the product category (example: Women's jeans or Men's dress shoes)
- price - title of the product
- brand
There are some rules they have I read here where they don't want the process to be automated: [login to view URL]
The non-automated part would be a user manually chooses to save and share with my app the product they like. They could also input some of the metadata I want to collect for them if it can't all be taken from the product post.
