Fix The Paypal Adaptive Payments System On My Site

The paypal adaptive payment system was already created for my wordpress site, but it is not working on my new child theme, even though it should be working. I need someone to fix the system that so that it does work with the new child theme. It is an auction site. When the buyer is paying the seller for the item, the money should go into my account first, and 6% is removed, and the 94% left goes on to the seller's account.
I would also need it to be mandatory that new users to my site will have to add their PayPal accounts when they sell for the first time. This too was already implemented so it should be an easy fix.
This should be a very easy fix that shouldn't take more than a day or two. I need this done FAST.
