Create sitemap for my website, and add urls so search engines can crawl

Hi, I have a website that is working 100%
I also have a site map in my cpanel, with a lot of URLs that require being put into a sitemap so search engines can crawl and will be picked up via local searches
All sitemap. txt urls are ready, i require these to be in a format where google etc will read properly and propagate accordingly - the site is made in custom PHP
