I need someone to help me build a website (mobile-friendly) with the following basic features:
1) Users able to create, login and personalize their user accounts to a certain extent
2) Taking photos through mobile phones and uploading into the mobile website and desktop website
3) Payment system set up between the users and website owner
4) Forum-like feature in the website to enable users to write some stuff
5) Other miscellaneous, such as monitoring of user activity.
If you are interested, kindly place your bids and I will share with you the specific requirements of the job. Only serious IT-skilled persons may apply. Should the selected freelancer perform well in the work above, I will offer other jobs for the same website, such as maintenance on hourly basis.
