I. Create partner profile & rate users depending upon queries answered, feedback etc
II. Customer to filter appropriate partner
III. customer to post queries on the platform and Users should get notification for queries and must be able to answer from Web or android app
IV. partner can respond to bid for a bid request placed by Customer
V. customer reject/approves bid and select the bidder
VI. ability to sell certain packages( rate & content can be modified at any time) to customers through webportal
VII. customer and partner both can make payment and can see due/receivable etc.
IV. The Android/IOS app will help partner to view/change profile, scheduling request, queries answered/posted, money earned/due, case summary etc.
Major deliverable are:
A. Application as per requirement
B. code description document
C. basic troubleshooting guide
D. How To Use feature document
I want the Bidder to fulfill following criterion
A. Team size more than 30 people

[login to view URL] provide app maintenance support for 8X24X365 as per Indian Standard time D. Mobile apps must be developed in respective native platform only
