Bitcoin services marketplace

I need a very simple version of warrior special offers but for bitcoin. It will have a modern look and feel and be mobile responsive. It is a place where people offering bitcoin products and services can come to sell their products.

It will be based on a forum type script but their is only one topic and tgst is this marketplace. Default ads in a few locations that i can add for admin howecer these spots will be sold weekly and users can advertise and pay directly with bitcoin and i can approve from admin.

Their will be 50 offers per page and each time a new offer is listed an existing offer will ho further doen the page. Members can ad a listing and when approved by admin they will be asked to pay vis bitcoin snd then it gors live on the msrketplace. When it scrolls down to page 3 they can then pay tge sane fee to instantly bump up ad to top of page 1.

When the site starts this will be free and from admin i can chose free ir change price and payment will be bia bitcoin. Msiling list from admin i shoukd be able to email all members and make sure these emails go to customers inbox. Good clean modern design for desktop and mobile and also apple and android app if possible.
