We have a client who is looking to develop a custom Learning Management System (LMS). The goal of the product is to provide online tutoring services using a mix of online content and 1-on-1 virtual meetings.
A broad spec of the project objectives is attached. The objectives are listed, but the underlying technology selection is left up to the chosen developer. Our hope is that a developer familiar with LMS solutions will be able to select an appropriate backend that can be extended to fully meet all project requirements.
