FIRST OF ALL, I DONT NEED WORDPRESS WEBSITE OR TO EDIT ANY THEME!!
I need fully custom wordpress theme template. It needs to be unique and users must be able to edit everything from admin panel(colors, layout ,logos, auto update, social media links, footer, able to import import template, etc etc). I'm going to sell this template on my own marketplace and use as a base template for future themes. I need all rights to this template. So if you have already made a template i can buy it from you if you want to sell all rights to it.
Don't try to sell other peoples templates!!
