Create an AppWall

Need to create a mobile app wall that displays Apps to download based on users Device (Android/iPhone, Tablet/Phone), country, best payout, and cap.

Do not need backend, can add info directly through MySQL.

The visual page is already developed, only need the PHP/MySQL queries to retrieve correct apps/offers, and keep track of caps.

Warning: I am a developer, so lying about the complexity of the project will get you nowhere.
