I am looking for a freelancer to provide me with a simple contact form that I can use on various websites.
Fields required:
Name
Phone Number
Company
Position
Location
Subject (this will be a drop down selector with about 3 or 4 subjects)
Message
Important:
We need the 'contact form' to be coded in such a way that it appears to be coming from our server, coming from OUR email address, not the email address of the person contacting us. WHY? Well this way we can whitelist 'our' email address to some degree and stop some of the contact form emails we receive going into the junk folder.
There will be a lot of open-source software that you can use and edit, however I would prefer someone that already has a similar working solution.
It must be a spam free solution.
I am open to suggestions, does not need to be php.
