Some changes in the header of a Wordpress website

Hi,
I need some work done on a Wordpress website. This is how it looks now (see picture 1 [url removed, login to view])
And I want it changed that it looks like this. (see picture 2 [url removed, login to view])
The logo on the left can be a black square for the moment. I want to be able to change it myself. So name it something like logo.jpg. The navigation menu need to be to the logo’s right. The banner can be removed from the Wordpress dashboard so don’t worry about that.
