Convert a html site to wordpress

I need a site copying and converting to wordpress, and including html extenstion pages.
The site will need about 10 pages of content, which can be copied across, and a long form which will need converting to a wordpress friendly form.
I will also need a very minor tweak to the header of each page to include a "get a quote" botton.
