Need a website template similar to [login to view URL] or cosmogirl.com. [login to view URL] also has very nice colors.
The site will need to be Joomla template if possible. We want to incorporate chat, blogs, forums, and other Joomla add-ons. If not Joomla, then the site will need to have another very easy to use CMS AND already have chat, blogs, forums.
We have site map, content, etc. We are open to suggestions and offers.
