Someone who can take a brief project description and split the project. Decide project details: system logins (admin and user), screen layouts, data flow, report generation etc.

The test:

Imagine a company who sells photocopiers. They don't sell directly they sell through distributors. What kind of an order processing system would they need? Please design a web based or processing system. Show me the login, screen layouts and data flow. How would you delegate this project? How would you estimate the cost and timescale?

Can you design, delegate, administer,test and debug the project?

Show me details of other projects that you have handled.
