We will be working with some artists to allow access to a concert recording/song of the event if they checked in at the event (limited download access time)

We already have venues that want to go with us, so I hope you can tell me if the deadline of August 30th, 2012 is feasible/practical. Also, if the budget is in line. We are projecting an estimated 100,000 transactions the first year. This should give you an idea of the volume we will be handling. At this time we will be charging $2.00 per transaction and will be looking at how we are going to incorporate the credit card, gateway, and merchant fees. A portion of the revenue created will go back into development. We are looking for your experience and innovativeness to create a product that can be self sufficient and easy to use by all venues.
