Program a Wowza Plugin

I need a Wowza plugin [url removed, login to view]

The plugin should provide the following.

1. Secure REST interface.

2. Ability to Publish/Unpublish RTSP/RTP IP camera streams.

3. Ability to Stop/Start/Restart existing RTSP/RTP IP camera streams.

4. All Published Streams should be persistent across reboots.

5. All published streams should be available but not actively streaming if

no client is connected to the stream. (This is a Wowza setting we just need

to make sure it still works with the plugin.)

A little background about these requirements.

Currently we are using Wowza to re-stream a large number of IP cameras.

These streams are configured with standard Wowza methods. This basically

entails creating a .stream file in the appropriate directory. While this

method works it is hard to do from a remote machine. We need to enable this

process to be done remotely with ease.

All code will be reviewed by my client and must meet approval before funds are released.

Code should be fully functional and you must provide post-launch support.
