Program PHP Based Control Panel for PLC for use with Codesys and IPSymcon

We need is Control Panel to Control an PLC. This control panel has two major components - (To have a better idea what has been done so far we put up some pictures als attachments)

1. A Selection of 4 Buttons - Once you push the button a video transition is started (Designs, Backgrounds and Video Files are already available) - So far the work that has been done is still up. It is touch reactive and you can find it here: [url removed, login to view]

and the second level (you can access it by clicking on "Car control"):

2. A WebGL / CSS3D Selection Panel (this has already been programmes and can be used by the freelancer who will be awarded the project) You can find it here: [url removed, login to view]

The Panel controls an PLC (WAGO 750-880) - in order to do this we want to use the Panel created by the freelancer (and then Codesys and IPSymcon). The communication in the end will be through free definable variables and modbus. It will be of great advantage if the freelancer taking on the job knows Codesys and IPSymcon oir has worked with PLCs.

The following can be used by the freelancer to make this project: PHP, html5, css, js, webgl, css3d

What we need is to use the existing designs (seen in the links) to create the Control Panels PHP Based so we can use it to control the WAGO PLC.
