A PHP / Ajax chat Room project

I am looking a good PHP/Ajax developer to develop a chat room from scratch. The chat room will take 3 session variables (username, status, & membership). Conversation will be recorded and flashed by a moderator. Membership variable could be “moderator”, “restricted” , or “allowed”. The moderator can block users, view conversations, and flash the conversation. Restricted user cannot chat, and allow user is allowed to chat.
MySQL should be used for recording conversations. Variables are stored in the user table. Page should not be refreshed at all but Ajax should sync in the background. I will provide you tables to use and testing environment.
Please do not bid if you did not understand any of the steps above or not done it in the past.
Payment:
- 50% milestone will be paid when working demo is provided
- Full payment will be released when the project is complete and on satisfaction.
