opencart suddenly can not admin login 500 internal server error.

our live site is not working since 26th Dec.
we can view the admin page and the shop front. but can not login to admin, also contact, checkout, my account, and wish list are not shown.
for the first time in our operating opencart site.
the issue was suddenly happened on 26th.
before that, we added some products, sales banners, blog articles in admin, and uploaded some zip files via FTP.
we don' t know what is the trigger, when we noticed at around 4p.m. on 26th.
i asked our hosting company about this issue, but they said the server setting was not changed.
we got FTP log (23th and 26th) from the hosting company, can provide.
so i attach FAQ text about '500 error' of the server.
we need a developer who can find out the cause and urgently fix. please bid, only have the ability.
