Interspire Digital Download Tweak

I am looking for someone to tweak the way digital downloads are delivered when a customer purchases a digital download using the interspire 6.11 ultimate edition shopping cart. Currently a customer can't get their digital downloaded product unless the order is marked as "Completed". Once a customer purchases the item and pays they should be able to login and download their item.

My store sells both digital and hard copy items and it just does not work when you have to change the status of an order to complete if the product has not even shipped yet. Also most of my products are pre orders so it could be months before the item gets shipped but the digital copy if available immediately after a customer pays for it.

I need this modified so that as long as the customer pays and the order is not marked refunded, cancelled or awaiting payment they should be able to download the product instantly once the payment is complete.

I would also like the digital link emailed to them once they have paid. It could be in the same email as their invoice or a separately email showing them they can download their item instantly and then they see a link.
