Group chat similar to old yahoo rooms

Good day

I need someone to build an instant messaging (rooms based group chat) system similar to yahoo messenger with similar features of yahoo including an ecommerce in store to buy stuffs. This should be compatible on desktop, web and mobile devices.

The IM app should focus more on group chat ( facebook/gmail/yahoo based user sign up’s) similar to icq or to old yahoo rooms with each rooms can hold upto 50 users.

Depends on user traffic we should create rooms dynamically and accommodate up to 50 users per room on the fly. Skills required are PHP, mysql, couchbase for browser based group chat, VC++ or VC# for windows based application, Android and IOS for mobile development.

The developer should have extensive knowledge in dealing with ads, not just banner ads's but high impact ads.

The app design should allow us to show high impact user interactive ads ( this is different from banner ads) which drives revenue for us.

The app should also have a store where users can make purchases with our affiliate partners which is another source of revenue.

I would like to see a design prototype before awarding the project as in a way the IM chat is going to look like including the space for ads and store design.

I expect the app to generate million of connections and billions of messages so the developer should have strong knowledge and experience in app scalability and performance. If needed, we should be ready to change from mysql to big data architecture such as couchbase.

The developer should also have knowledge in web site hosting & creation to create a website for the app and link to play store and apps store.

They should also have experience hosting the app in amazon EC2.

On the payment part, I look for someone who can work on multiple milestone payments (depends on deliverables) and less maintenance fee.

I also expect the developer/company to hand over the source code as and when required by us.
