Fix Cron Job issue

I'm using a Magento extension called M2E Pro, which synchronizes my Magento products to eBay.

The synchronization is controlled by a cron job and should automatically run every 5 minutes.

I have set up a cron job in my hosting account (Hostmonster), but it doesn't work properly.

This is how the procedure should work:

1. When I list a new product in my Magento store, the M2E Pro extension should automatically list the product on eBay, once the cron job updates.

2. When I delete the product from my Magento store, the M2E Pro extension should automatically stop the product on eBay, once the cron job updates.

This is how the procedure works now:

1. When I list a product in my Magento Store, the M2E Pro extension instantly list the product on eBay, once the cron job updates.

2. But when I delete the product from the Magento store, the M2E Pro extension doesn't stop the product instantly on eBay, once the cron job updates - sometimes it stops the eBay listing instantly after the cron job has updated and in some cases it happens 5-60 minutes later.

I need you to locate where the issues is and fix it, since this system has to work 100% accurate and not with delays, like it does now.

I will give you access to both my Magento store and server, so you can locate the issue.
