I need the following website fixed and brought back online very quickly. I moved the site and it hasn't worked since. I could fix on it myself but I just don't have the time:

Additionally I need the site upgraded from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 3.1, I will give you the new theme when you get it upgraded.
