Video Manipulation and enchanced + Ajax upload bar or something similar

I need a PHP, FFMPEG, AJAX MYSQL programmer.

Scope of Works.

Currently Video is working and converting Video to FLV on the website.

What need to be done.

1. Would like a varible that states how many videos can be seen on the front page. eg 10, 20

2. Would like to convert 1 frame out of videos uploaded to be displayed on the front page with the Ad title.

3. Would like to have tags associated with the ads and video and displayed with the ads. Will show you what I mean

4. Would like a (How many veiws) on the ads and videos viewed

5. Would like the ability to have a embed feature for the video uploaded so people can emebed the video on there website, like you tube.

6. Would like the ability to embed youtube videos on the website. So when a user posts an ad to the there is an option to embed a youtube & metacafe on my website

7. For all videos upload, I would like a seperate page for just displaying only videos.

8. I would like for each ad a Save to [url removed, login to view], Stumble It, Submit to Propeller, Digg This

9. In the website on the right hand pane for all new ads submitted, If there is a video with that ad, I would a frame of the video next to the ad submitted. Can show what I mean

10. I would like commenting system for each ad, so users can comment on the ads submitted

11. An Ajax Upload Bar for ads post on the website.
