Simple Sales scraping script

Hey guys,
I am looking for a simple script that will gather domain name sales from around the web. That script must built a DB from the current sales that have ended already (we'll talk about the strategies and places to gather the info from) and should be out there "LIVE" capturing sales and adding the results into the DB while it happens.
Optimizing the DB is a must (it must NOT be slow and kill the server it's on) indexing the DB is a MUST.
If you have experience in domain names and Zone Files that is a plus because you'll be able to continue with us in the other 3 projects that we're looking to accomplish NOW as well.
