PHP Smarty site. sign up form fixes / changes

I need someone to make the post code (zip code) field automatically fill it's self in once a suburb has been selected in the field prior (in the same form). The suburbs and post codes are already in the database in the same table.

While you are there, there is a bug with the "register" button which only happens for Safari users, the button does nothing, works fine in IE9 and FF4.

Budget: not very much. :)

Time frame: wihtin 24 hrs if possible.

Must have skype or other chat program and communicate well.
