This is a very specific requirement to be done in any one of the following framework or your choice.
Scriptaculous
jQuery
Yui
Mootools
or what ever.
What you need to do is a complete UI of single page with limited number of JS & Ajax functionality.
PM me along with your previous works in JS frameworks & ajax.
If you can do a nice UI with cross browser compatibility as well as handling dynamic window resolution then you are the one we are looking for.
You must be ready to sign on NDA.
Selected bidder will get the detailed requirement & high chance for doing other modules of the project.

Project wont take more than 3-5 days to complete.
