Modify Order Page

I need a project done today.

Notice the form at the bottom of the page. It asks for their personal information before going to the order page.

I'm changing that form to just one Connect to Facebook button.

With this button I'm able to collect their first name, last name, and email address and put that into a URL that goes to the order page. I can create a url from my app like [login to view URL]

I already have a script that already populates the firstname, lastname, and email in the url. This will take you to the order page.

Note that the current order page only collects credit card information. We already have their first name, last name, and their email address, so we don't have to collect that again on the order page.

However we do need to add these fields and collect this information on the order form.

Address, city, state, zip.

You will need to add those to the form.

I need this done today. Let me know if you are able to do it.
