US & UK time and temp display and swictch

Here is what we need.
We have on our wordpress website in the [url removed, login to view] a display of 3 cities. All of these show the Time and Temperatue.
eg.
London, 09:24, 3C
Madrid, 10:24, 10C
New York 18:34, 4C
We want to detect where the user is located so that if they are in the USA they see 12hr clock and Fahrenheit
London, 9:24AM, 3F
Madrid, 10:24AM, 15F
New York 6:34PM, 8F
And if they are anywhere else in the work they see 24hr clock and Celcius
London, 09:24, 3C
Madrid, 10:24, 10C
New York 18:34, 4C
These need to be live times and temperatures
