Hello, I am looking for three quotes. I am awaiting response from my client for one of the three project types below. Your bid amount should reflect #2 below, and PMB me the quotes for #1 & #3:

1) A simple 5-6 page website for a company to have a web presence. There will be an about-us section, contact us section, and such. Non-copyright templates can be used. It should look like:

2) Option 1 with a simple back end PHP page that works like a CMS. There should be dialog boxes in the PHP file that contains text that is displayed on the website. Text should be editable in the dialog box. Also, there should be an option to add/remove images to image slider on the home page.

3) Option 2 with an ecommerce-like catalog for products. (NOT ECOMMERCE, just catalog) The back end CMS should have options to add/remove products. Each product's page should display image, price & description.
The back end should have a similar setup as:

Any type of free scripts/images/resources can be used on this project. No copyright violations. Code-wise this project is really simple, but graphically it should look luxurious. (like the examples show). I am willing to purchase templates if you can modify it to look different. If you would like this, please indicate so in your PMB. (It will be viewed as an addition to your bid).
You should be available for contact via gTalk or some sort of instant messaging on top of email.
This website is the first of MANY similar ones to come in the future. I am looking for SERIOUS bidders who will be willing to similar websites in the near future.
This website will serve as the showcase for companies with very similar needs.
All payment will be done in escrow. BONUS and future contracts is guaranteed if job is well done.
