minor changes to wordpress plugin

I have with me a wordpress plugin called ProsPress(at [url removed, login to view]) It allows auctions to be conducted on a wordpress site. I want you to make the following changes to that script-- (the basic aim is to change it to a freelancer site script) (1) In Prospress admin, allow the administrator to add any number of custom fields to an auction-- basically these fields will allow the auction to be described more clearly. (2) Add a messages and attachments section-- so that once someone has won an auction (ie a freelancer project)-- that person and the person who created the project can communicate with each other. They can write messages to each other and also attach files with the messages. Each message can be tracked with a unique message ID. (3) Once a project(auction) is complete-- if the seller wants he can raise a dispute-- this will open a new 'dispute' and the site admin, the buyer and the seller can then communicate with each other and determine if the work is complete or not. (4) The script has a payments section in it-- modify this to use the "Blesta" script-- so all payments are redirected to the blesta script-- you dont need to do anything else.... payments will be taken care of by blesta... you just have to send the payments to the blesta script, and update your database once a blesta payment is successful. (5) Add a simple escrow system-- basically when a user posts a project, and accepts someone to do the work-- he has to make a payment which is held in reserve-- again you simply have to send the user to blesta so that he can make the payment--once the payment is done you have to update the database- you also have to store the escrowed amount with the project's details. A simple calculator is needed- if user makes a payment of $100, then $85 is added as escrow to his account-- remaining amount is fee taken by the admin... Just add a simple option for the wordpress admin who manages your script to set this percentage (plus a small fixed fee ) in admin screen. (6) Your script will be used in a WP multi sites install-- this means that there are many wordpress sites working under a single wordpress install-- you have to add simple menus to the site admins (of all sites under the multi sites)-- where they can both post their projects, as well as bid for projects to work on. Also, one menu is for the main site's admin to manage your plugin. Regards, Arvind.

One more change that I am not sure is needed or not-- just make all the pages you create/modify out of prospress to use the wordpress template that is in use by the main site-- so that if I change the main site's wordpress template-- that changes the design of the freelancer plugin (based on prospress) as well.. Another requirement-- freelancers (who want to work on projects) can apply for different levels of membership- and they are charged a monthly fee for their membership-- this payment is again through the Blesta script-- depending on their membership, a percentage of their bid is deducted from their earnings -- the different levels of membership- and pricing as well as percentage of bid-- all are configurable by super admin. Finally, there is a 3rd type of user-- called Mediator-- they can only see projects assigned to them by the super admin-- they simply resolve disputes on assigned projects. There is a screen for super admin to add/edit/delete moderators, and the super admin can either set a queue to auto-assign incoming disputes to available moderators(with least number of pending disputes) as well as manually assign a dispute to a moderator, or change the moderator on an existing dispute.
