I need some coding for an existing gravity-forms form.
Plase take a look at this form (attention! this form has 3 pages) :

At both address-sections there should be a selectbox of german states if 'germany' (deutschland) is selected as country.
If an other country will be selected the state-field should be a default text-field (as it is currently).
This already works if i choose the address-type U.S., but only with US - States.
This must be done without changing the gravity-forms code. You only have to use build-in hooks and filters.
You don't will get FTP-Access to the plugin-dir, only the theme-files, where you could place the code into a function-file.
I need this in the next 24 hours.
If you can't deliver in time or you can't deliver with the required functions and quality the project will be canceled without any payment.
This is only a very small job for someone who knows GF.
