Candidate must take over phone calls for technical support of our software. He/She must be able to assist end-user in configuration/reconfiguration of our Windows-based apps. Candidate must be able to clearly communicate over the phone, understand typical Windows user problems and cover basic software configuration (printer setup, database cleaning, etc.). Candidate must speak ROMANIAN language.
