Craigslist querying script / scraper

I'd like a program/script that does the following:

-resides on my host's server (OS linux)

-I provide in the script an address (or multiple addresses) of Craigslist searches. For example:

[login to view URL];subAreaID=&query=nintendo&catAbbreviation=sss

-It makes this query every X minutes (I am able to specify in the script)

It then appends the result to a flatfile (CSV).

I'd like the following stored in the database for each resulting post:

Query Address

Date/Time of Query

Title

Location

Date/Time of post

Body

PostingID

Category1 - i.e. "seattle craigslist"

Category2 - i.e. "seattle"

Category3 - i.e. "for sale / wanted"

Category4 - i.e. "video gaming"

URL

I'll also pay extra for an email notification feature. This would entail the following:

-For queries I specify, an email is sent to a specified email addresses, whenever that query comes up with a result

-For other queries I specify, an email is sent to a specified email address every Z minutes with the latest results from that query

Please specify in your bid if it includes the email feature or not.

I am open to revisions to this proposal, if anything seems problematic though. Thanks.

Deliverables (copied from rentacoder...):
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
