I have share point application where i need to upload document based on some workflows, we have department upload their documents through workflow, each department severl type of user like creator,verifier,approver [login to view URL] one do a certain action on the document before itis finally sent to a publisher to finally put the document online. docuemnt once is online we need a blinking icon to show that the document is new. the docuement has a period from the date is put online, the revision period could be 1 month or more which is set by user, a notification should be sent to user to make him alert about about this document so he can revise it.
Also to show reports of how many document each department has.
There will be a document number format which comes automatically and everyone to stick with it.
The document should have a track where publisher can see them like which document from which department is in verfy or approved or published etc status.
when document is read by any user for the first time it should be logged that user1 read document1 on this time and date and publisher can see this.
Design a nice interface for the portal.
