The idea is to create a web-site, to be implemented in institutions, which require handling of incoming mail (papers), which, according to the law, have a timeframe. For example let’s think of a citizen, applying to the municipality to get some permission – for example – parking place in front of their home.
The citizen, instead of going to apply papers (as it is now in this institution, imagine it - in a country where electronic exchange of documents is not well developed), will send instead attached files, together with a required timestamp, via this electronic courier and will receive a confirmation that they are delivered at the receiver’s office, just the same way as if you have sent it via a courier service like DHL)
We expect it to be Java-based and with the use of MVC technology.
Use cases are shown below – corresponding to the main screens to be developed.
Design of the Database is also available and attached – maybe not final
Rough description of the screens is also shown below. Translation in English will be provided later. There is a kind of design of the screens, YET we will appreciate improvements in the design as well.
Document are not final, yet we believe they give a good flavor of what it is expected to be like. More details, of course, will come later.
