Hi,
Looking to have a game made. Other similar ones already exist in this genre and should be relatively easy for the programmers who have app dev experience to create this type of game.
Please have game dev experience and a creative, humorous side as this game is intended to be for those wanting a colorful, happy cartoon like game.
The basic specs are below and I look forward to answering any questions you many have and learning more about any suggestions you may have to make this a fun game for all ages.
Game type:
• Side scroller (2 games) tilt with optional button control
o 30 board game
o Endless runner
• Multiplayer storage
o Saves up to 4 players progress locally on each device (prompted to save name at new)
o Leader board
Objectives:
Boards will consist of a combination of the following skills and obstacles (main objective is to not crash)
• Speed
o Mph/km
o Power boost/ turbo (swipe up feature)
• Point collecting
o Points gathered through flying into themed coin-like objects (nuts, bananas, flies etc.)
• Timed (all boards will be of varying time)
o Countdown (in store buy to add additional seconds, see below)
• Checkpoint
o Divide board by timed segments
• Agility/ flips (skill points)
o Flip ( tap screen feature)
• Grab & chase
o Ex: grab egg from nest and get to finish line while being chased by mama bird
• Untie & gather
o Untie ribbon holding bag of coins which then fall throughout board to be gathered
Board sequence and themes:
• Unlocked one at a time by beating the previous board’s challenges
• Themes will be humorous locations
o Jungle, swamp/ pond, clouds, artic/ ice world, mountain/ forest, underwater, farm etc.
Characters:
• Cartoon animal 1 boy 1 girl
Suits/ equipment:
• Each board will require a theme appropriate suit/ helmet
o Ex: swamp/ pond board will require the 2 characters to wear a frog suit while obtaining flies as points.
Achievements:
• 20 achievements/ badges/ trophies
o Saved to each users name/ profile
o Social media posting option
Upgrades & in-app buys:
• Power boost/ turbo (10 boosts for $)
• Invincibility (5, 10 second bursts of invincibility for $)
• Unlock all boards ( full game without having to play in sequential order)
• Time (adds extra 20 seconds to a boards time (5, 20 second add ons for $)
• Helmet (allows you to hit the top or bottom without dying or having to start at beginning)
o Gold: 10 hits
o Silver: 5 hits
o Bronze: 3 hits

• YouTube trailer (possible walk through)

• Store upload and setup assistance
