this game should be alike "penguin isle", but with diff. theme/models
the deliverable is considered full source code acceptable by apple and google play store, and no payments will be made before mvp game is relased on the stores. if everything ok, we will do additional milestones and versions.
we have our own designer but we will rather use someone who can finish everything by himself (modeling, animations, and game scripting)
the quality of models and animations is essential for this project.
