Quote for the development of a cross-platform app, called Ruff
Purpose of the App is to assess the price of a rough diamond based on its features.
The stone features are populated by the user:
> colour (selected via dropdown menu)
> weight (as per the actual stone)
> shape (selected via dropdown menu)
> clarity (selected via dropdown menu).
Once the 4 features have been punched in, the App displays the price of the rough stone in USD on the basis of a price list provided by the App owner. This price list contains a price or a price bracket for each stone according to the above features.
Options:
- to select another currency
- to adjust the price by applying a discount to the basic price, as per user's choice
- to take a short video of the stone and share it with another Ruff user
App owner to be able to independantly upload updated price list for each type of stone or price bracket via excel sheet, to then reflect in the App.
These are basic features, but the App will probably attract further features as the concept matures.
