Inside bar email notifier

I am looking for someone to write an email notifier for me for when inside bars occur on both the 4 Hour and Daily time frames. I already have my Metatrader set up with SMTP settings (Tools > Options > Email). I want the code to be able to use the existing SMTP settings instead of having to hard code them in.

An inside bar is a candle where the high and the low is inside the high and low of the previous candle. See attached files for a clearer indication of what I want. Please contact me for any extra information.
