Currently our daily deal magento website gets this error:
SQLSTATE[42000] [1203] User rocn_gcrocndeals already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections
The site is maxing out its connections and loads extremely slow. We are looking for someone to speed it up.
Parallelize downloads across hostnames
Combine images using CSS sprites
Leverage browser caching with expired headers
Combine external JavaScript
Optimize images
Specify image dimensions
Minify HTML
amongst other things.
we also think optimizing the database may help as well.
please let me know what you can do. the site currently isn't loading and when it does it takes like 30 seconds to load. it is a script that was purchased for a daily deal website, but we customized it quite a bit.
