Fix the config of my nginx

I have thankfully followed the instructions from [login to view URL] Please understand that I cannot give you access to my server, so there is no reason to ask for it.
Good and expected results:
- the jenkins server responds as [login to view URL] when I call [login to view URL]
Undesired results:
- the jenkins server still responds on [login to view URL] where I expect it to redirect over https
- thejenkins server overlays my nginx index-pages so that I cannot GET [login to view URL]
