Need a basic grud page where I can import the attached file monthly and it will update either:
1. New rows added in the month (company number is a unique field)
2. Existing company ID but details have changed
I then need to map some internal notes based on Company number and a letter sent field - just a tick box. I need to be able to sort the various fields while they are presented on the screen so some kind of drag and drop based on the various fields to filter the data is also needed.

It is a very large file. 1.8gb. I need to be able to import this into MySQL and view in a browser with everything to allow me to filter the database.
The import section will need to loop until all the CSV files have been imported. The files have the same start name but go from any number from _0 to _100 or _200 or _300, depends on the number of rows because I split the file. See attached samples of the data.
