Team Work 4 Installation

I require assistance in installing Teamwork 4 on my shared web-host. I have a Linux account with a private Tomcat add on installed. I have a 30 day trial of Teamwork that i am trying to trial.
If you google teamwork 4 you can read the install instructions, which require that you download the app locally to your computer, select the web only option, enter all the licence details ( i can supply ) then configure the database connection, this will be a MySQL database connection - I have already set up the Db and user accounts however cannot get it to work. My web host dont provide support so here i am.
